  1. How do you handle communications?  Does she communicate effectively and confidentially via your preferred mode – email, personal meeting or phone/texts?  Does she have a back up for when she’s out of pocket or away?
  2. How will she be promoting your home?  If “the MLS” is her only answer – keep moving!
  3. What’s going on in the market? The more your agent understands your unique market the better she will be able to meet your needs.  Be sure she is familiar with your community and your neighborhood.
